We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because each Labor Bestie kit includes both physical tools, digital content and live workshop, our return policy includes the following terms:

Returns must be requested.

 

Full Kit Returns: You may request a full refund within 24-48 hours of purchase before digital portal access is granted.

Digital Access Deduction: Once you’ve received digital access, a $20 (Essentials kit) or $30 (Elite kit) digital content fee may be deducted from your refund. This covers access to copyrighted materials.

Workshop Attendance: Kits cannot be returned once you have attended a workshop and received hands-on instruction and items.

Purchase = Reservation

When you purchase a kit, you’re reserving both a physical Labor Bestie kit (of limited stock) and your spot in a future workshop.

If you do not attend a workshop before your baby is born, you can request a refund expecting the following deductions:

• $20 digital access fee (Essential Kit)

• $30 digital access fee (Elite Kit)

• $50 restocking fee (for holding your kit and workshop seat)

Total deduction: $70 (Essential Kit) or $80 (Elite Kit)

The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Labor Bestie kits are designed specifically to support your pregnancy and birth, so your return window closes on your estimated due date. Refunds requested after your due date are not eligible.

TENS Unit Returns:

• Unopened TENS units may be returned for a full refund of $60 up to 60 days from your purchase date — even if your due date has passed. The unit must be returned in the original box with instructions.

• Used or opened TENS units are eligible for a $30 partial refund within the same time window, as long as they include the original box and instructions.

 

Changed Plans? You Have Options:

If your birth plan changes or your baby arrives before your scheduled workshop:

• You may hold on to your Labor Bestie reservation for a future pregnancy

• You may transfer your kit to a friend with a similar due date

• If you’ve already attended a workshop and your birth plan changes to a cesarean, we’ll happily give you access to the Cesarean Birth + Postpartum Plans free of charge

 

Missing or Damaged Items:

If you find your kit is damaged or missing items upon arrival at the group workshop or private session, please notify me then or email me within 5 days of the workshop with photos, so we can resolve the issue ASAP.

 

To initiate a return, please email LaborBestie@gmail.com. Once approved, returns must be postmarked within 7 days. Any shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
